Pegasus<= /st1:place> Bay

From a Professor and Consultant Neurologist to a wine writer and judge, Ivan Donaldson started his own winery in 1986. Still run by his three sons, Pegas= us Bay Winery is continually rated “Cantebury’s top winery” by Michael Cooper and is considered internationally as a quality standard setter.

Pegasus Bay Chardonnay is full bodied and luscious. The creamy texture supports flavou= rs of peach, apple, and melon. A fa= bulous Chardonnay that is perfect with Chicken, Grilled Salmon or creamy pastas. <= o:p>

Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir is made in classic Burgundian style. Black cherries, plum and black ber= ries coat your palate while a savoury undertone of truffles and game adds intrigue. This Pinot flows sm= oothly through to a long, seductive finish.
